How to use: set up payouts with Stripe Express
Before accepting paid bookings, connect Stripe Express so customers can pay and you can receive payouts. This is payout setup, not a paid Tenbin subscription.
Have these ready
- An email address and phone you can access for verification.
- Your legal name, address and date of birth; business registration and representative details if applicable.
- Your payout bank account details. Stripe may also ask for identity or address documents.
- A public page describing your own services and a short, accurate description of what you sell.
Start from a booking page
Open your seller dashboard, create or edit a booking page, then choose the Stripe connection button in the pricing section. Stripe opens in a separate tab; keep your Tenbin tab open.
Confirm your contact and business details
Follow Stripe’s prompts. Select the business type that matches your actual activity. Use legal identity information, not your public display name or a demo persona. Fields and their order vary by country and business type.
Describe your service
Explain the consultation you actually provide. For example: “30-minute online marketing consultations via Google Meet.” Adapt the example to your service. If a website is requested, use your own public service or business page; Tenbin’s homepage does not describe your individual business.
Add your bank account and review
Enter the requested payout account details in Stripe. Complete any identity checks, review the information and Stripe’s terms, then submit in Stripe. Do not send bank details or identity documents to a Tenbin support chat.
Return to Tenbin and check the status
Reopen the booking page’s pricing section to check the connection. Returning from Stripe does not necessarily mean verification is complete. Payment acceptance and bank payouts can become available at different times. Complete any outstanding requests before relying on payouts.
If you stop or something is missing
Keep your booking page as a draft while setup is incomplete. If the link expires or you stop halfway, return to the booking page and restart Stripe setup to obtain a fresh link. Follow any additional requests shown by Stripe. Verification and payout timing vary; neither approval nor same-day payment is guaranteed.

When do I receive payouts?
Stripe manages payout timing. You can check the schedule and status in your Stripe account.
Can I hide a booking page?
Yes. You can make a session inactive or remove it from Explore without deleting it.
How are taxes handled?
Hosts are responsible for the tax reporting and filings that apply to them. Tenbin does not provide tax advice.
Are calendar event details visible?
No. Tenbin combines only Free/Busy information. Event names, descriptions, and attendees stay private.
