Tenbin for Freelancers — One Booking Link Across All Your Clients

You freelance for multiple companies, each with its own Google Workspace. Your clients expect a booking link — but Calendly only sees one account. Tenbin connects up to 10 Google accounts and gives you one link that works.

58% of freelancers battle time management issues (source: Payoneer survey).

Average freelancer manages 3–4 client Google accounts.

The Freelancer Calendar Problem

  • Client A gives you a@clienta.com (Google Workspace).
  • Client B gives you b@clientb.com (Google Workspace).
  • You also have your personal Gmail.
  • When a new prospect asks “when are you free?” — you need to check all three.
  • Calendly sees only one. You double-book.

How Tenbin Works for Freelancers

  1. Connect all client Google accounts (up to 10).
  2. Set your available hours (protect your evenings and weekends).
  3. Create booking pages per service (“30min consultation”, “1hr deep dive”).
  4. Choose which calendar receives the booking (e.g., client A’s calendar).
  5. Share one link — prospects see your real availability across all clients.

Freelancer Setup Example

Why Not Just Use Calendly?

FAQ

Do my clients need a Tenbin account to book?
No. Your booking link works in any browser. Guests pick a time and book.
Can I create different booking pages for different types of work?
Yes. Create booking pages with different durations, available hours, and destination calendars — e.g. “Design consultation” vs. “Code review.”
What if a client’s Google Workspace restricts third-party apps?
Tenbin uses standard Google OAuth. Your client’s IT admin may need to approve the app. Tenbin only requests free/busy read access and event creation.
